The UP Creative Marketing Assistant service is performed under a 1099 Independent Contractor employment agreement with UP creative, Inc. under your employee as an independent contractor. Use of the UP Creative Marketing Assistant Service ("MA" Service) is billed and serviced by UP Creative, Inc. ("Company" or "we"). This Refund Policy is designed to help you understand our Return and Refund Policies.
Your MA Service account is an annual independent contractor employment contract and billing will begin at the start of your service. No refunds or credits are given for monthly or annual pay choice memberships, regardless of user usage rate. Cancellation requests simply cancel the ARB (Automated Recurring Billing) subscription so you will not be charged the following year/term. You will be able to access your MA Service and all of the related services offered after your cancellation is processed until the end of your annual contract term. Upon successful cancellation, at the end of your contract term, all services and access to the system will be terminated unless you reinstate in writing via ticket support associated with the MA Service prior to the end of your annual term. Refunds are only issued under billing 'errors' which are described as accidental duplicate charges for the same billing period. The monthly and annual billing periods are non-refundable regardless of the amount of usage by the user. The Automated Recurring Billing system will automatically renew a one-year contract, billed monthly or annually depending on your payment choice at sign up, every year from the sign up date unless cancelled in writing or chat through your active account through a support ticket.
